BIO

Akaki Lolua, filmmaker born in Georgia based in Barcelona. After a studying a range of different disciplines including Business Administration and Economics in Tbilisi, Georgia and Milan, Italy, in 2018 he decided to move to Barcelona and start a new chapter of his career.

Graduated from the award-winning film school Otoxo Productions specialising in Documentary Filmmaking, he has gained the skills in videography, screenwriting, film direction, production and editing. Akaki is a co-director of an documentary movie "Unbound", produced by Otoxo Productions in Barcelona.

Akaki enjoys working with students in an educational projects. He has gained a tutoring experience while working at  WonderFUN in Barcelona, as a Filmmaking teacher.
